Branch Manager

  • Vocational education and training (MBO) level

As a Branch Manager, you are the head manager responsible for guiding and coordinating the staff and all contact center operations. You also have oversight over the various departments within one of our branches and ensure that established procedures and regulations are followed. Additionally, you are responsible for solving structural problems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring performance and managing service quality.

Your profile looks like this:

  • You have good communication skills
  • You have a strong grasp of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • You are a good listener and communicate clearly
  • You have analytical skills
  • You have leadership qualities
  • You are performance-driven and enjoy motivating your team
  • Experience as a branch manager/team leader is a plus
